University of Illinois. Bred in 1989. Attractive medium-sized dark red apple with outstanding flavor. Cream-colored flesh is juicy with full spicy flavors. This apple has shown excellent resistance to scab. Late ripening variety prolongs the harvest season. Use for fresh eating and cooking.
